With over 15 years in the recruitment industry and more than a decade specialising in Learning & Development, I design and deliver training that directly impacts performance, retention, and revenue.
I’ve worked with global recruitment businesses to reduce time-to-first-deal, increase placements, and develop consultants into confident, high-performing billers. From onboarding programmes to leadership development, everything I create is practical, scalable, and built for real-world recruitment environments.

My Story
Building desks from scratch, growing contract business, and working in highly competitive markets, I’ve seen first-hand what it takes to succeed in recruitment and how hard it is to do consistently while building and leading a team.
But what I was always drawn to was developing people.
Mentoring consultants. Supporting new starters. Helping individuals figure out how to perform, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
That’s where I realised I could make the biggest impact.
I moved into Learning & Development, where I’ve spent over a decade working with recruitment businesses of all sizes, from startups to global firms,designing training that drives performance from day one.
From onboarding new hires to developing experienced consultants and leaders, my approach is practical, relevant, and built for the reality of recruitment
